Canadian wedding by weekend

It has been an interesting weekend for many of us. Ivy is Henry's baby sister and she is married to Jason who is from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. After ceremony and 30-table reception, we went ahead to a canadian pub in Ping tung city. Yes, a local canadian pub in Ping tung city and it's right beside the railway. Jason was in charged of music whole night, therefore, we had a good night with country music. Mervin, Jason's Dad, was happy to dance. I am sure he was nervious whole day and finally he can sit back and enjoy the time. It is Mervin and Donna's first time out of Canada, flying so far away is a bit too much, but it's worth it. They were in Ping tung for a week, now, they are going to see amazining Taiwan. 101, Taipei, Taroko, Penghu will surprise them more. Here, we wish Ivy & Jason all the best!!!
Hey, guys, check this knuckle (Crubeens) out. On Sunday, after strong hang over, it's time for high protein. We went to Haihon restaurant in Wanluan village, Ping tung county. Wanluan is a typical Hakka village and Haihon starts since 1945. It has special favour and cooking method with chinese herbs. The knuckle is not oily; the skin, meat and thews are with tenacity and a bit crisp. The sauce is thick dark soy sauce with garlic and a bit ginger (I guess). There are 3 cooking time: 9AM, 1PM and 6PM. We made it at 3PM, still be able to get one portion of knuckle. Besdie the knuckle is the deep fried tofu and the sauce is the same. Wow, it is tasty. On the right up corner, it is stir fried aubergine with chilli. We love it! All those vegetable are grow in their own garden, organic food = 100% health!!! In Chinese, knuckle will take bad luck away and bring good luck. Also it is used as Western birthday cake. Oh, lucky us, we can place an order by phone or via internet now. They do have home delivery, yes!
