Happy Birthday to Joshua! His first birthday cake is his mum's favourite. Cynthia, you are so good and sweet... We drive up for 4-hr, not bad. The traffic is good and we arrive TPE on the same time as Chris back from Hsinchu thru the 3rd highway.

After a full-time football match, we move on to play room and girls can have a snack box with chicken nuggers and some chips, well, also some drink.

It's Hannah's 9th birthday party and it's hold in Fitness center - Football pitch. Eventually, Hannah turns into Arsenal supporter which makes a team work for Gene. Girls have good time and play a full-time football game. All the adult are on the side and scream out to give their support. It's funny to see it than go on a pro football match.

After 2-hour spicy hot pot, we are really stuffed. But we have to put a sweet ending on this special day - DC's 42nd birthday. The weather is really good to us, 15 degrees with cloudy day. Perfect weather for spicy hot pot, good fod us to prepare for DUB too. This hot pot place is one of DC's favourite restaurants. The street hasn't changed for 5 years, same to this restaurant. Same taste and same service. Lovely! What makes this day perfect? Amanda and Cynthia and Alex are here! Amanda has been very busy since she works in beauty salon, continue working for 20 days, wow. Alex closed down his tea shop and works in Little Bear Forest as PT, meanwhile, he studies computer graphic system. Look forward to see 2009!

We come to TPE for weekend and pick up DC's birthday present - the iPhone. DC's the very first 5++ iPhone owner. We didn't queue up for the entrance, but we saw the long line outside telecome building, it's impressive. However, after all the huzzle, DC starts his iPhone explore with mPro which is an exclutive service provided by Chunghua Telecom. For sure, we are going to have fun, big time! Later on, yes, we are back to Carnegies to celebrate DC's birthday. The waitress is very sweet to get us a table and suggests a customize Tiramisu. Yummy! Delicious! That's all we need - Friends, wine, music and tasty food! DC is happy with his iPhone which make me happy too. What else we can ask for?

Hey, it's the pie day. Of course, DC won't share his pie. But, he's nice to boys and let them try a bit. Duncan just can't wait and fight to get a bit in hurry. It's fun to see these two fighting on that fork. Actually, Duncan ate his dinner already, plus fruit and there is a cake on the way. Yes, after pie, it's cake time! In Taiwanese, DC's 43; and in DUB, he's only 42. From the pics, we can see Duncan's eyes won't move away from cake. Duncan's getting good in performance, quite few birthday songs in these 2 months.

Happy Birthday to Duncan & me! It's been a long day but with sweetness. It's getting difficult to pick up gift for boys. DC & I have totally different idea of gift for boys. However, we manage to get back in time. Grandparents are tired and Grandma was in bed already by the time we arrive home. However, we save a piece of cake for her. Nothing can compare with Daneil & Duncan's smile in the world. Also, many thanks to Da & Mags and Ian. Mags, I receive your card, the first thing in the morning, it's lovely! Thank you! Ian, you better pick us up with your new car like the pic. I challenge you. Brings it on!

We celebrate Duncan & I's birthday dinner in TGI-Friday. I was at work whole day, but managed to come home early for a nap before dinner. Kids enjoy the toys and all those different hats with noise toy. Duncan can sing birthday songs in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. So proud of Daniel and Duncan for good behaviour, sitting at table to finish their meals and not to running around the whole restaurant like the others do. Actually, we get a corner for ourselves. It's a great time!

Happy Birthday, A-An. It's her 25th birthday and she's a bit upsad that her family hasn't called her yet. However, we put on cake and children sing the song to get her smile back. A-An even puts on make-up. Grandparents are happy to have cake and, no one can be happier than Daniel & Duncan. They just love everything with sweet taste.

Chris & Mia take Joshua back to KHH for celebrating Dad's Nth birthday. 4 generations in a house, very cozy and sweet. You can see my Dad laughing. Yes, he's more than smiling, LAUGH, really! Don't mention he got the heavy one on his laps. Duncan sticks on Dad coz he knows who's in charge. Also, while adults were talking, Duncan would step in and give some opinions (still baby talk, gonna guess what he said most of time). Joshua was very interesting on Duncan and tried to copy his movement.
Daniel grow up since he attend kindergarden for 3 weeks now. He learn how to finish meal on his own and on time. He starts to learn how to dress up. He can memorize his classmates, 29 of them. Sometimes, I wonder, how does the teacher survive with 30 kids for over 7 hours?
