Receptionist:「Good day, sir. It's Pizza ABC! How can I help you?」

Customer:「Hi, I'd like to have………」

Receptionist:「Hold on, Sir, please tell me your AIC membership number.」

Customer:「Right, wait, it's,12345678.」

Receptionist:「Good evening Mr. Smith. Your address is #1, 1st Ave. House number is 2339889, 　　　office number is 2313731, mobile phone number is 93956956. Which number are you using now?」

Customer:「My house, how can you know all my numbers?」

Receptionist:「Mr. Smith, it's becasue we use AIC CRM system.」

Customer:「I'd like to have a seafood pizza……」

Receptionist:「Mr. Smith, seafood is not suitable for you.」

Customer:「Why?」

Receptionist:「Based on your medical record, You have Hypertension and high cholesterol.」

Customer:「So……What would you recommend?」

Receptionist:「You may try our low fat health pizza.」

Customer:「How do you know I'll like it?」

Receptionist:「Oh! You borrow a "Low fat diet" in Central library last Monday.」

Customer:「Right!Ok……I'd like to order a family size pizza, how much will it be?」

Receptionist:「Mmm, this size is enough for your 10-people, it'll be $30.」

Customer:「Do you take credit card?」

Receptionist:「I'm sorry, Mr. Smith, can you pay in cash? You are over limit this month, so far, you are over $5000 excluding mortgage.」

Customer:「Em!I can withdraw some cash from ATM nearby?.」

Receptionist:「Mr. Smith, based on your record, you have reached the daily withdrawal allowance.」

Receptionist:「About 30 mintues, If you don't want to wait, you can take your motorbike.」
