Ian, this is the JP noodle shop which Dave calls you for. This noodle shop is so good, we can live a day on it. It's unlike the JP noodle shop in DUB, this shop serves only one soup base (pork stock), but with 3 different miso type (thick / sweet / creamy). The belly pork can melt in your mouth and the veggie are stir fried perfectly. I can't take too much salt yet, but I can finish this soup. That's how much I like this noodle...
