Ian, that's the meal we told you about. The girl will prepare the customer mixes at the table with additional sauce selection. It's a kind of Japanese pizza but it's pretty nutrition. It's called Modanyaki(Cook what you like, in Japanese) which consisting of a pan-fried batter cake and various ingredients (a lot of cabbage). The origional is called Okonomiyaki, but Modanyaki is served with a layer of fried noodles. The second one is Risotto Monjayaki, kind of crispy. More interesting is the tiny metal spatula to take it out and serve on plate. The last picture is taken in Out&Back steak house on the left band of Love River, KHH. Their prime rib steak is really good, better than the one we took in Long Beach.
