Happy Mother's Day - 3

This dish is DC's favourite. We are full with previous dishes, but this piece of bum with a thin honey sliced ham and a mild pastry just be able to put a beautiful ending. DC enjoys his portion with a bowl of rib soup. It's cook with Chinese herbs which doesn't really show on colour and taste. It's a perfect meal and we all enjoy it!
