Notebook crash

The realtek sound software has been funny for couple days. I got problem to upload video to YouTube. And then, it's gone! It just doesn't move and can't even start the Windows. It's not my first time to see computer crash, but I am so worry with my data. I only did part of it in backup. Therefore, nice DC takes me to Acer help desk.

There is a queue. We stay in line. But this couple really make me smile. (I can't laugh... I can't believe it happens) Ok, the man's notebook crash, that's normal, we know how to fix it. But, the girl won't give up and keeps asking where it went wrong. My goodness, woman, if you don't enter entire e-mail address, of course, it won't reconize your user name... Ho, really, it happens. But also, it's my first time to see the notebook will crash coz of this. I don't know what she has done to this notebook.

Mine, it's fun now, I am back on line. But some setting are gone, maybe I should get rid of them. Anyway, fresh start and I should do backup more often. That's all. Coffeys will be in Barcelona for a week. I hope you guys behave!
