Aunt Hu

Aunt Hu (4F neighbour) moved into our block for over 25 years. She loves to cook, just like my Mom. Actually, they like to exchange their receipies or food tasting. She stayed in stock market, like my Dad used to be. DC loves the deep fried chicken ball but doesn't agree with the vegetable oil usage. Aunt Hu has 2 daughters who are nurses, but I don't think they unerstand how High-Fat-Low-Carb diet work. However, we are happy to see Aunt Hu's new appartment which has elevator, better air quality, quiet neighbourhood and 24-hour supermarket next door. But we won't miss her much, coz she visit her father who lives on 3F everyday. And she still cook here, so from time to time, we still have chance to try her dishes.
