Hey, guys, isn't it a great bite ever? A layer of Cheddar cheese, severl layers of "Black Bridge" sausage, a layer of cucummber slices... oh yummy! The taste is so good, you gonna try it out! "Black Bridge" might be sweet for some ppl, but it's my family's favoirte. Plus you can cook it with rice or pasta. There are so many ways to prepare it. It's more than sausage, it's MIT!
This Sunday morning is quiet and the weather helps - sunshine & not that cold. And information for KHHer, the sun rises around 8:30AM and sun sets around 4PM. Also, it's time to call home. oh, Dad sold me out to black-mail me that I let Dave to cook. Mom won't let man do housework, not even DC. Well, we are in Ireland, just let DC spoil me for a while. But, I can hear Mom's nagging from phone already! I meant, big deal, a lot of men do cooking for their own interest now.
Well, as local tradition, Sunday's meal must be Roast Chicken. We take a while to roast it and repeat pouring oil on every inch of it.... so we can get crispy skin. Oh, it turns out, the chicken is so soft and no need for knift to do the job. That's the deal, we get the meat and Polly gets the bone - win-win-situation... DC uses chicken fat to bake the potato and it is so crispy with right colour. Double yummy! And yes, a glass of Cote du Rhone just pushs it into the perfect dinner.
