12-day-old

As part of traditions, when the new baby is 12-day-old, family perpares glutinous oil rice to elder parents and ancestry. Grandpa's memory is in his 20th, never mind, he is glad to hear about Duncan's arrival. Daniel is in the mood to grow up faster (than Duncan) and dreaming to go to school. He picks up Mom's bag and pretends it as a school bag. And his classmate is Dou-Dou (the girl who plays "Buddies" with him, Mark's best friend - Chiang Kao Rong's daughter). Also part of our missions to Baihe is talk to grandma about paying a visit to hospital. Granma's gallstone has been there for a long long time, but she keeps silence. After she hears about Dad, she is a bit worry but never show out her emotion. Nowadays, we pay more attention on grandpa, so she needs a bit attention - starts to complain the gallstone... Dad is done, who's next? Grandma!
The weather has changed. It was raining on the way to TNN, getting cold. Yes, it's chilly & around 20 degrees which is not normal for the South Taiwan. Elders are saying this winter will come early and it'll be a very cold winter... The Chinese New Year will be on the 18th Feb, look forward to have a short-sleeve Chinese New Year!!!
