1st anniversary

Time really flies fast. It's been a year. Last year this time, I only had 2 hours sleep. I woke up at 4AM coz I made appointment with Make up master at 5AM. It took her nearly 2 hours to get my Mom, Mags and I ready, hair were done, make up were done! See she did a perfect job. We were announced as couple at 10AM. There were so many ppl turn out on our reception and we had great fun on changing dress during meal. Based on TW trandition, 3 dress for reception. The 2nd dress took me nearly 5 minutes to put it on and camera team was busy on their lamb chop, so no photo on that peach dress. Lucky us, My parents didn't invite any alcohol drinker on reception. So we could go back to hotel for a nap afterward. We were so tired (here, we were Amanda, Candice, Michael, Alex and I), but no one will touch the bed. So we felt sleep on chair which made us more tired. All Irish, of course, they spent their afternoon in pub. In the evening, again, we met in pub next to hotel. Girls were ready to head back to TPE coz they needed to work next day. Alex stayed to have more drink but ppl were taking it easy. But we went to night market and had no appertize to drink. I still remembered I went to hair salon at midnight after dinner in night market and Steven spent lots of money on BBQ meat. That's my wedding day!

One year later, today, DC is in YYZ and works hard, I am in KHH and wait for his return. Therefore, my Mom takes me out to visit 1st aunt in TNN and 1st uncle-in-law just returns from China. I find this briliant Italian restaurant in the corner of aunt's house. It's been there for a year and I didn't notice. Mom and I enter this restaurant, the girl welcomes us and chats with us to give a short brief on today's menu. Her service is perfect, I have to say. It's been a while I haven't have this feeling. Her tone, her smile and she doesn't push you to make up your mind on order. The set menu is up to 6 choices from 280 - 680 NTD, plus extra menu on low calorie within 6 selections too. The salad dressing is excellent. Ian, you will love that vinegar. The soup is served in right temperature and fresh ingredients. The meal, oh my goodness, it is like in heaven. The seafood pumpkin stew is cook with a bit of Saffron, wow, fine balance. But I am under control, I only take 2 pieces of bread to dip the sauce. Mom has the sliced pork (Angle hair) served with sesame sauce and it's a cold dish. Wow, it tastes great and light and fresh! Also there are cakes, fruits and cups of coffee after meal. Can you believe it only cost less than 20 Euro?

After meal, 1st aunt is in the mood of KTV, so we sing whole afternoon. 1st uncle-in-law is in home sick again and he still claims that he needs time to adjust his jet lag. Mark & Joan join us later on, also Daniel is our dancer today! Daniel talks a lot today, all the way from KHH to TNN and also on the way back to KHH, no stop! Blah blah blah!!! Great fun, today!
