Day out

Although grandpa couldn't reconize any of us in the house, but he does have his own proud. He couldn't move fast or big step, so it takes him for a while to walk from room to room. Also, he can't stand up by himself. Sometimes, he doesn't have strength to stand up for couple minutes. He doesn't like to eat alone, but he can't hold a bowl coz it's heavy for him. He doesn't like to repeat what he says, so we have to guess most of time. Sometimes, he can chat with you, but later, he is gone in space. Today, after shower, coz we are worry about grandda might fall down in bathroom, so we watch him every step on the way out. Grandda gets embarrassed, so he refuses to have lunch. My goodness, I have no clue at all. Anyway, I learn something today. Hopefully, he will take every meal we prepare for him from now on.

It is our fortune to have grandparents with us. Can you image having 4 generations under a roof? Not many ppl can experience it. I will try my best to serve grandparents. In the afternoon, Mark and Joan take grandparents to cousin's new house for a visit. So, I can have my first break in 3 days. Wow, DC warmed me that we should apply for intensive care, it's so true. I have the obligation to take care of my grandparents but I am embarrassed to see them naked. But they use my soap and they like it. So I have more energy to make some more for them. Back to the intensive care, Grandma will be the first one on the way. She is over 80, still thinks she has young ppl's energy to take care of grandda. Secondly, she won't let other ppl touch grandda. My goodness, grandda falt 4 times in 2 weeks under her watch. But, grandma is the only person grandda remembers, coz he is in his 20th memory. Intensice care is necessary, but we need to figure out how to deal with grandma first. Oh, my first break doesn't stand long coz of Daniel. But today, Daniel behavs well, fells sleep and I can do most of housework before they return. When they come back, Daniel wakes up coz of bell rings. Great timing!

It's been a long day. It's very tiring to move grandda upstairs and downstairs. Plus this hot weather is not helping, 30 degrees. Oh, Daniel is back on his dummy again. At least, he fells sleep fast with dummy. But, we will wait for weekday to make him quit, when Dad and Mark are not in the house. Men are too weak to children. It's not good for kids!
