It took 2 hours to bake this chicken - Easy and meanful; most important thing is it was tasty!!! Stuffing was great and crunchy. During serving, the bone could just pull out easily and the joint was eatable.
The best X'mas eve dinner ever!!! When people get Fish & Chips for X'mas eve, we took time to bake a chicken and enjoy a glass of wine. After meal, we stayed up for X'mas Eve Mass holding by Pope Benedict XVI in Vatican. It's X'mas time!!! During Mass, a heavy fog came into town. Traffic was near gone, only some taxi drivers were looking around. Dublin is falling sleep now!!!
