Sheraton Gateway

Have you seen this kind of temp control channel connecting hotel and airport terminal? This is awesome. Actually, we don't need the heavy coat but we are lazy to carry them. Dave is fully forecast on his trolley which is around 100kg. For sure, it is not only my shopping.

Sheraton is 5* in Starwood brand. Maybe I have more expectations on this brand, even we are just 2 mins away from YYZ and 1 hr away from Toronto downtown. I made my reservation on line and got a good price which is cheap(in my range). Just for one night, sleeping quality and timing are in DC's priority. So, check in. 2 receiptionists in front desk. Well, I expected we could check-in in SPG desk. Never mind, they got our reservation- right, name- right, but didn't bother to check guest's prefer(smoking). However, I got my big window with excellent view. I was busy to see flights come and go. Oh, by the way, this hotel is my first hotel whom allows me to bring trolley into room and stay overnight. Well, with 100kg, you don't want to move them too much.

At night, too lazy to go out. Got the room service. Ha, can't find menu anywhere. So we have to make a call and delivery the menu. Ok, get ready to order. The service is good, food quality is good, speed is good. Happy end!

Somehow, things change. I was so easy going on travelling, now, I have problem to sleep on different beds. It will take me couple days to get used to which it doesn't make it easy on this Sheraton sweet sleeper bed. So, time to blog. Great, spending 18 CAD for ADSL in Sheraton which won't allow me to upload pic on blog. The previous post took me over an hour and 12 times on re-writing. I can't wait to do my complaint on SPG survey.

Morning, calling everyone that we are leaving YYZ and heading to KHH. 2 months, we are on the way back. Great!!! DC was happier after check-out. Of course, nice guy didn't tell receiptionist my disppointed on their Internet speed and connection. It breaks anytime it wants. It stops anytime it wants. Even it won't let me do download pic on flickr. BUT. Something is wrong on our bill. There is no room service. Well, good for us. Coz when we check the bill, we were inside of YYZ already. But I wonder how can it happen. The check out speed is a bit slow but acceptable, nearly 10 minutes, they might need to update their printer. And the ADSL supposted being able to on until 4PM, and it closed as soon as we check-out, so I can't do my survey and can't do it in 24-hr coz I am on my way home. It meant I am on the air. Althought, China airline does offer internet on the air but I won't try this kind of louxery expenses.

Anyway, this is our experience on Sheraton Gateway.
