This cottage can have overview of the complete South End of Catchacoma Lake. Also it does have 700m sand beach which is so great for summer time. The agent said it can be a resort but the buidling structure is for summer use. If buyer wants to live here more often, this buidling needs a lot of maintainment. But the price for the view and the beach are great. Most of waterfront land are full of property, so can't build more. So this cottage still has its chance to be more pretty on this lakeside.
