Lamb bone stock

This Lamb bone stock is made by around 20 Chinese herbs, but I only can taste ChuanXiong(川芎), DangGuei(當歸), Lycii Fructus(枸杞) and shole piece of ginger(薑母). This stock is super concentration of nutrition without the smell of sheep. The best part is the stock is re-fillable. The dip souce is mix by Dou Fu Ru(豆腐乳 fermented soybean curd now tagged as a carcinogen) and Chilli bean sauce(豆辦醬 Dou Ban Chian). Dad comes to this lamb restaurant for more than 30 years, it's on 3rd generation running. This restaurant doesn't have luxery decoration, just a very easy standard setup. A family with 3 generation runs kitchen and service. The best part of this restaurant is the lamb won't stay over night. So it's better to come for dinner, based on Dad's method. KangShan 岡山 is famous by its local black sheep, Soy bean sauce and honey. It is 20 minutes drive from KHH, also it's a military based town.

When sheep 羊 combines with fish 魚 means Freshness / Delicous 鮮. As David explain Beauty 美, it's a person wearning a sheep's horn.

In Western Culture of sheep:　

Sheep is one of important meat sources. It's not only in food, but also in words. Scapegoat, is 代罪羔羊 dai zui gao yang；Black Sheep means 害群之馬 hai qun zhi ma. However, sheep got blessing, also cause of trouble, even expiated sin. Jesus metaphors himself as sheepkeeper of his believer; those people who is confused are lost their way.
